Return and Exchange Policy

For bespoke/custom size items, if there are any fit issues, we offer up to a $30 alterations credit (valid with receipt only), to be refunded via your original payment method. Unfortunately, we do not accept refunds on custom size orders because each item is made just for you based on your measurements, choice of fabrics and customizations. If there is an issue with the quality of your item, please let us know at hello service@willma.design and we will contact you with next steps.

Accessories are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Canceling Orders (Before shipment)

All orders canceled within 12 hours of purchase will be eligible for a full refund.

All orders canceled after 12 hours but within 2 days will be eligible for a refund deducting a fee of $50/piece.

All orders canceled after 2 days but before shipment will be eligible for a refund deducting a fee of $250/piece.

Exchanging Orders (Before shipment)

 All orders within 12 hours of purchase will be eligible for a free exchange.

 All orders after 12 hours but within 2 days will also be eligible for an exchange, but the customers should pay handling fee of $50/piece.

All orders canceled after 2 days but before shipment will be eligible for a refund deducting a fee of $250/piece.
