Once you have chosen your products, add them to your shopping cart by clicking on “ADD TO CART”.

Can I change my address?
If the order status is fulfilled. We can not change. If not. We can change it.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Please check the size, color, quantity, recipient, shipping address, and other information carefully before making payment. Once the order is placed, it cannot be changed easily. What is the status of my order?
Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email confirming your order has shipped. or track my order
If you do not receive confirmation of email, please check your junk mail. You also can require us to send it again.

How can I find a product on willma.design.com?
Products on the website are organized by category. A product is available to purchase on the website whenever the button “ADD TO CART” appears.
If you have seen a Willma product on social media or in our lookbook that is of interest to you and you cannot find it on our shop, please contact us for more information: service@willma.design.
What should I do if the product I want is unavailable?
Products frequently asked may be back in stock in the future so feel free to email with your concerns.
RETURNS | EXCHANGES
For bespoke/custom size items, if there are any fit issues, we offer up to a $30 alterations credit (valid with receipt only), to be refunded via your original payment method. Unfortunately, we do not accept refunds on custom size orders because each item is made just for you based on your measurements, choice of fabrics and customizations. If there is an issue with the quality of your item, please let us know at hello service@willma.design and we will contact you with next steps.
Accessories are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Will I be affected by customs costs?
All deliveries are customs-free in the most cases, If any, these charges must be paid by the customers. watch more shipping policy
What’s the delivery timing?
Bespoke clothing has a specific production cycle (usually takes 1-2 weeks), and the shipping time for the products is approximately 7-15 business days. From the time you place your order to when you receive your items, the entire process is expected to take around 4-5 weeks.watch more shipping policy
Will the order be shipped in separate parcels?
Multiple items within the same order will be shipped in one parcel.
